Products and colour
We aim to describe composition, width, colour, finish, transparency, stretch, quantity, and care accurately. Natural variation, production-batch differences, photography, and screen settings can affect appearance. Unless a listing states otherwise, quantity represents metres. Multiple metres are supplied as one continuous cut whenever stock permits.
Orders and contract formation
Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. An automatic order email only confirms receipt. We accept the order when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for unavailable stock, a pricing error, suspected fraud, an unsupported destination, failed payment, or another reasonable operational or legal reason. Any captured payment for a cancelled order will be returned through the original method.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices and checkout currency are displayed before payment. Delivery charges and any collected taxes are shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for destination-country duties, import taxes, brokerage, and local fees unless checkout clearly states they are included. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout and may change by country or provider.
Cut fabric, cancellation, and returns
Fabric cut to a requested length is prepared to order. Once cutting begins, it normally cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded. Standard, uncut goods may qualify for return under the Refund and Return Policy. Incorrect, damaged, or materially misdescribed goods remain covered by that policy and applicable law.
Delivery
Dispatch and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk passes when the parcel is delivered to the address provided, subject to applicable consumer law. Customers must provide a complete, accurate, accessible address and promptly respond to carrier requests.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout, submit false information, or use content in a way that infringes rights. Berexu branding, original photography, writing, and site design may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Product use remains your responsibility; test suitability before cutting or production.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Berexu is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, misuse of a textile, colour differences caused by screens, or delays outside reasonable control. Any permitted aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s place of residence. We encourage customers to contact us first so concerns can be addressed directly.
